Rock the Ranch Music Festival Announces Additional Artists at Inaugural Event

Rock the Ranch Music Festival, set to take place at Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, Texas on May 12 and 13, 2017 announces the addition of 2016's The Voice winner and area -- native Sundance Head and hip--hop superstar Flo Rida to the bill. Head will be performing on Friday, May 12 with Flo Rida performing on Saturday, May 13. They join the already stellar line-up that includes two nights of great music from Jason Derulo (May 12) and the "I Love the 90's" Tour (May 13) featuring Salt-N-Pepa, Vanilla Ice, All 4 One, Color Me Badd, Tone L?c and Young MC. 

With two stages and multiple activities, Rock the Ranch Music Festival promises an exciting kick off to the summer music season. The festival will feature a BBQ Cook-off sanctioned by the International Barbeque Cookers Association. Thirty-five competitors will participate in the contest. BBQ loves and music fans get to enjoy great good and join in on the judging in the "Fan Favorite" category.

Rock the Ranch Music Festival highlights also include an amazing freestyle motocross show four times per day, featuring the sport's more exciting athletes. The festival midway will include thrilling rides and the vendors' alley will feature local food and artisan vendors and street performers. 

RV camping is also a part of the festival, with ample spots located adjacent to Valley Ranch Town Center so music lovers can enjoy the whole weekend from one convenient spot. 

Tickets begin at $129 for two-day general admission passes and $159 for VIP passes. Single day tickets are also available for $79 for general admission and $89 for VIP admission.

A limited number of full weekend RV camping spots are available for $120.
