NATIONAL BRAND, CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL, COMING SOON TO VALLEY RANCH Scheduled to Open Fall 2020 at Expanding Valley Ranch Town Center

The Signorelli Company, award-winning developer of the 1,400-acre mixed-use master-planned community of Valley Ranch, announced today they are adding national brand, Chipotle Mexican Grill, to Valley Ranch Town Center. Scheduled to open this fall, Chipotle will join an existing lineup of over 50 restaurants, shopping, and entertainment destinations including Kroger Marketplace, Academy, Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ross, Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, Olive Garden, and Cinemark.

Located at 21360 US Hwy 59, Suite 100 in New Caney, Texas, Chipotle will serve their fresh, made-to-order burritos, tacos, and bowls. “For the convenience of their guests, this new location will also feature a ‘Chipotlane’, which will accommodate rapid pickup of online and mobile orders without having to leave the vehicle,” said Brody Farris, Vice President of Retail at the Signorelli Company.

Chipotle will anchor a brand-new 6,350 square foot building which broke ground in early April. Negotiations are under way with other national tenants to fill out the remainder of the space which will be completed in fall of 2020.

Valley Ranch Town Center is at the heart of Valley Ranch, offering over 1 million square feet of retail and multi-family opportunities. Upon completion, the community is planned to offer over 12 million square feet of dining, shopping, entertainment, health and wellness, office, hospitality and multi-family opportunities surrounding 240 acres of parks, trails, lakes, and green space.
